The Early Years children had a lot of fun in Science this week learning all about shadows.
They created exciting shadows by moving their hands and bodies, with a favourite hand pose being ‘the spider’.
The children finished the afternoon by creating their own stick people and making shadows using a torch. We noticed that the shadows changed in length depending on where we held the torch.
