Henry was recently successful in gaining a spot on the Under 9s team at Buckhurst Hill Football Club and has so far played three matches for them. At this weekend’s game, he was named Man of the Match!
Henry has said that he is really happy that he has made the team and feels like it is a step closer to being a professional footballer. Henry also said that he is proud of himself for getting named as Man of The Match and that his team mates also supported him. He said that “even if I didn’t get it I felt proud of myself for how I played as I scored my first two goals for the team and my second goal meant that the end score was a draw, 3-3.” Well done Henry, we are impressed!
